    NKHS is the State of Vermont designated agency for providing Community Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse services in the three county area referred to as the "Northeast Kingdom". NKHS is one of the largest employers in the area and provides a wide variety of services to families, adults and children. The agency has two main locations, one each in Derby and St. Johnsbury.
