Victory Housing offers assisted living for seniors and affordable housing to low- and moderate-income seniors and families. We are inspired by Catholic social teachings to provide compassionate, dependable and loving care and assistance.

We are committed to building strong communities that are affordable, offer high-quality assisted living services, and are close to the metro DC area.

There are 35 Victory Housing communities, including six assisted living communities, offering 2,724 affordable and mixed-income units across the Washington, D.C., and Montgomery, Prince George’s, Charles, and St. Mary’s counties in Maryland.
