Dallas Afterschool

  • About Us

Dallas Afterschool was formed in 2007 with a mission to improve the quality of afterschool and summer programs in our community.

Dallas Afterschool acts as an intermediary for these agencies, providing professional development for program staff based on national best practice standards for quality.

In addition, client sites are given access to a library of innovative, hands-on program resources designed to engage students in social, emotional and academic development, helping to bridge the experience gap of approximately 9,000 K - 12th grade students at 120 free or low-cost afterschool and summer programs in Dallas County.
