SEIU Healthcare 775NW is a labor union representing 43,000 long term care workers in Washington state and Montana. Our members provide care to seniors and people with developmental, intellectual, and physical disabilities, in home and community based care settings, in nursing homes and other Long-Term Care settings. Our mission is to improve the lives of workers and their families and lead the way toward a more just and human society. Our members are fierce advocates for living wages for caregivers, professional training and certification, and quality care for clients/residents/consumers. The organization is actively engaged in all facets of political and policy work, and electoral and advocacy work is expected for all staff positions.
