Teen Leadership Foundation

Teen Leadership Foundation (TLF) has a mission to improve the lives of foster teens and emancipated youth through our leadership-equipping programs and innovative transitional housing model. Based in Costa Mesa, CA, TLF’s programs include summer camps, youth groups, independent living skills workshops, and most recently, transitional housing and support services. Though many programs operate within in Orange County, we also serve teens in foster care in all adjacent counties.
