    The Kaye Prox Food Bank, located in Town 'n Country in Tampa, Florida, is an all-volunteer ecumenical organization dedicated to providing emergency food to families in need and to the elderly in the community.

    About Us

    Volunteers at the Kaye Prox Food Bank serve by stocking shelves and organizing the food pantry. They also register food bank guests and help them select items from the pantry. The food bank has an ongoing need for bilingual volunteers to assist with registration of Spanish-speaking families.

    Volunteers from middle-school age and up are welcome. Student volunteers, young moms, dads who are looking for work and young-at-heart retirees are all current volunteers. The only requirement is "a desire to help the needy."
