  • Mission

Sandusky County Share and Care's mission is to help those that are in lower income brackets and that are struggling financially. We accomplish this by running a thrift shop which allows customers to receive clothing, household items, etc for little or no cost. We also help pay for utilities when there is a disconnect notice and rent when there is an eviction notice. We are blessed to be a United Way agency. We also offer financial counseling assistance and write vouchers for the food pantry. We refer clients to other local resources. We provide school shoes for students that need them and help with prescriptions.

    About Us

Our thrift store is run by volunteers and supported by the community. We receive donations of items and then sort, clean and organize them as necessary. We then put them into the store to be selected by customers.
