About Us
Our mission is to create and advocate for healthy, vibrant, safe communities through the development of affordable housing and educational opportunities for families, seniors, and indiviauls of low and moderate income.
Our organization has many components. Since our founding in 1983, we have developed over 1,200 units of multi-family housing and 500 single family homes. Not only do we develop these units, but we manage them once they are completed and provide a safe place for families and individuals to live.
Our Homeownership and Rental Center provide Home Buyer Education classes, one-on-one prepurchase counseling services, foreclosure mitigation services and our Option to Own program. In addition, we participate in the Neighborhood Stabilization Program with San Joaquin County and the City of Stockton.
Our Real Estate Agency provides services for the community focusing on those of low and moderate income. They are well-versed in Down Payment Assistance to help our clients.
