About Us
Upower is a Seattle-based nonprofit (501c3) that
provides no-cost fitness, health, and wellness classes to underserved teens in
King County. Our vision is to provide broad access to quality programs that
address current challenges in funding and access to health and wellness
programs for teens in our community.
