  • Mission

Yes She Can empowers autistic young adults and others with learning differences to build the skills and confidence they need to succeed in meaningful jobs and thrive in the workplace. We strive to increase the number of neurodivergent individuals who are employed in jobs where they can leverage their talents and interests and remain employed; and to make the community at-large, businesses and employees more accommodating, accepting, inclusive, and respectful of autistic people in the workforce.

    About Us

Our programs take place at Girl AGain, an operating retail boutique selling refurbished American Girl dolls and accessories, that is owned and operated by Yes She Can. Through hands-on experience, participants gain technical, social, and emotional skills to secure and retain employment. When participants graduate, they leave with abilities that translate to most work environments and the confidence, emotional readiness, and self-advocacy skills to pursue meaningful employment and greater independence.
