Altadena Music Theatre

The Altadena Music Theatre is a 501(c)(3) non-profit enriching the Los Angeles community through live musical theatre, arts advocacy, and developmental youth programs.

More than 6000 buildings were destroyed in the Eaton Fires including the home of founder and producing artistic director, Sarah Azcarate, who only established the company in 2021. Previously, they performed at the Farnsworth Park Amphitheater, but this was severly damaged along with the historic Davies Hall that was completely destroyed. Despite all this, Altadena Music Theatre is coming back with a brand new summer season of GREASE and LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS at a green space near the Mountain View Mausoleum and continuing its musical theatre educational programs for children.
