    MISSION Cumming Home Ministries, Inc. (CHM) supports and sponsors those experiencing hopelessness, through residential and rehabilitation, recovery, and treatment programs, Christian-based spiritual mentoring and counseling, life skills training, and resources infused with Godly hope needed for positive long-term life changes.

    About Us

    CHM is a Christian based 501(c)(3) in Forsyth County, GA. In August 2020 the men's transitional housing was phased out. It was God's work that has guided CHM in a different direction. CHM now works with people facing homelessness, drug addiction, by assessing their needs and sponsoring them in a program that will best fit their current needs.
