William King Museum

About Us

William King Museum is a unique establishment nestled in the hills of Southwest Virginia. Through our three large exhibition spaces, we connect our community with world renowned fine art, cultural heritage artifacts, and contemporary art in the region. In addition to the three main galleries, we also have a student gallery showcasing area schools, a Panoramic Gallery showcasing self-curated exhibits by local artists and a sculpture garden in our front lawn. Housing four different artist studios, we offer our guests a chance to see art in progress. We also offer in-house and out-of-house education programs for adults and children featuring summer art camp for children, a wide range of adult classes, and our VanGogh outreach program that serves 13 school districts.
