Well Mission Statement: Promoting emotional and social well-being for Orange County’s children, youth, and families

The Well Program is a children’s mental health outreach and engagement program that promotes emotional and social well-being for Orange County’s children, youth, and families. The program aims to raise awareness and increase knowledge of mental health protective and risk factors to help families strengthen assets.

Two components of the program include outreach and engagement services. Outreach services consist of raising mental health awareness at community events, providing information over the phone through the InfoLine and giving educational presentations to schools, parents, youth, and community groups. Engagement services include assessment of children and family needs, referrals to community resources, short-term case management, and peer support groups.
