Search and Care
Mission
Our mission is to seek out older people in the community who need help in managing life's daily activities or accessing essential services, and to provide them the support and companionship they require to live with security and dignity in the manner they choose.
About Us
Search and Care is a not for profit social service agency that has helped over 10,000 older New York residents in the Upper East Side, East Harlem, and Upper West Side ranging from the ages 60-103.
Our experienced social workers, volunteers, and retired financial professionals make effective plans geared to each individual to maintain and hopefully improve their quality of life in our goal to help them remain in the community in their own homes as long as possible. Volunteers help us out tremendously in this regard!
We never charge a fee for our services.
