    The E.C. Scranton Memorial Library provides public library service to the Town of Madison, CT. We are a 501c(3) organization governed by a volunteer-member Board of Trustees.

    Located in the heart of downtown Madison, the Scranton Memorial Library is a community center for life-long learning and exploration. Along with our continuously updated collection of books and audiovisual materials, we provide free computer access and wifi, early-literacy and discovery classes for children, programs and volunteer opportunities for teens, lecture series and musical performances for adults, monthly art exhibits, and free meeting space for community organizations.
