Lincoln Heights Community Initiative

Objective: Support community led initiatives driving progress across root cause issues: Personal Income, Property Values and Business Profits.

Principles: The current residents of Lincoln Heights are both the customer and the boss, our role is to help articulate challenges/needs and support the people with corporate partnerships in the formation and execution of plans to address identified challenges/needs/

Transparency among all roundtable participants in terms of use of resources secured from the Roundtable and accountability for quantified impacts.

Engagement and communication with the people is a priority. The people are identified as current residents of Lincoln Heights with an emphasis on same street residents of any given event/initiative.

How we Operate: Each week roundtable members attend a virtual meeting whereby each participant provides an update on past progress, next steps and articulates a need for support for upcoming events/action items.

Members serve as internal advocates for the community gathering volunteers, financial contributions and providing value added consulting/training.
