  • About Us

Betasab, which means “family” in Amharic, is a revolutionary project transforming the lives of vulnerable children and marginalized women in Ethiopia. We believe that every person deserves a family, a safe home, and an education. To put these principles into practice, Betasab provides stable homes for orphaned children and marginalized women, as well as facilities and resources for the promotion of education and literacy. We also support at-risk households to ensure their children receive access to education and women’s empowerment programs. Betasab is a fully-recognized 501c3 international NGO.
