Bellevue Community Center

Bellevue Community Center (BCC) is a not‐for‐profit, community‐based, multi‐service agency located just north of the City of Wilmington. Formed as Edgemoor Community Center in 1978, the Center changed its name to Bellevue Community Center in 2013. BCC is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and serves the area between the southern boundary of Claymont and the northern boundary of Wilmington. BCC’s mission is to provide affordable and accessible services that help improve quality of life for community members of all ages. We offer a broad range of educational, recreational, self‐enrichment, and family support services to over five thousand community members each year. Services include pre‐school childcare, computer tutorials, school‐age before/after‐school care, recreational services, summer camp programs, youth training programs, and instructional classes.
