About Us

Fair Housing Foundation, formed in 1964, is a non-profit organization who's mission is to eliminate discrimination in housing and promoting equal access to housing choices for everyone. 

 

Fair Housing Foundation offers two (2) comprehensive programs. First is the Fair Housing Program, which includes: a) Discrimination Complaint Intake and Investigation, b) Outreach and Education, c) Landlord/Tenant Counseling, and d) Enforcement and Impact Litigation. The second is our Rental Counseling Program, which includes: a) One-on-One counseling that is designed to assist clients locate, secure, maintain their place of residence, and educate landlords and property owners. We proudly service 25 cities and hope to continue to thrive. Just last year alone we serviced almost 7,000 clients, completely free of charge.
