Alpay Center for Arts Education is a nonprofit visual arts school and gallery located on the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Since it was founded in 1931, PVAC’s exhibition, education, and outreach programs have made the visual arts available and accessible to all residents of Los Angeles County through free exhibition admission and programming.
