Open Door Health Services is a FQHC, in Muncie Indiana. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, our mission is to provide quality care to those in our community that need the additional resources and care. Our nonprofit health center has a Primary Care department, Lab, Urgent Care Department, Behavioral Health Department, Family Planning Department, Family Practice Department, and Dental Department. We have multiple locations spread out among the Muncie & Anderson areas.
