About Us
The Cathy Kangas Foundation for Animals is a registered charity focusing on making the world a better place for all animals with a particular focus on saving shelter animals and protecting horses from slaughter.
Our mission is to raise public awareness of the plight of animals languishing in shelters or American horses being transported to Canada or Mexico to be slaughter. As the Foundation grows we will be adding more goals. The Foundation was founded by Cathy Kangas, the CEO and Founder of PRAI Beauty, a cruelty-free skincare line. Cathy is a long time animal welfare activist and a member of the Board of Directors of the Humane Society of the United States.
