About Us
The Delaware Child Development Program believes that all children deserve a caring, nurturing environment in which to grow and develop to his/her fullest potential. The DCD has very dedicated and knowledgeable staff that serve in many capacities with the single goal of strengthening children’s programs. They are leaders in the mission to educate and inform. They are vessels for change in programming and policy. They work with children, parents, child care providers, and business and community leaders to continually demonstrate and show them what we know to be a fact – THE EARLY YEARS OF A CHILD’S LIFE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TIME OF HIS/HER LIFE!
