    The African Cultural Alliance of North America (ACANA) is a non-profit organization founded in 1999 to: -Provide refugee and immigrant families access to health care, education, economic development opportunities and other social benefits with special focus on women, youth and the elderly in their resettlement process in Pennsylvania. -Mobilize African cultural artesian, performing and recording artists to preserve African Cultural values and provide support to promote their vocations in their new environment. -Partner with businesses, elected officials, community organizations and city and state agencies who provide outreach services to our community that will enhance the quality of life.
