Interamerican Behavioral Health Services Inc

The mission of InterAmerican Behavioral Health Services, Inc. (InterAmerican) is twofold:

·        To promote, advocate and provide community-based behavioral health treatment services to mostly Latino community located in North-Central Philadelphia, specifically zip code 19133 and 19140.

·        To assist persons in recovery in this area of the City to improve their behavioral, emotional, and overall general physical health.

InterAmerican promotes the improvement of the social infrastructure through strong formal ties with educational institutions as well as existing healthcare providers.

InterAmerican is establishing partnerships with other, Latino and non-Latino groups whose population is growing in this area of the City like the Haitian community, Asians and African Americans.
