  • Mission

The Polytechnic Alumni Association's mission is to preserve, celebrate and display the heritage of Polytechnic High School in San Francisco (from 1894 to 1972) to the community through public engagements. Our goal is to offer scholarships to graduating San Francisco high school students.

    About Us

**The San Francisco Board of Supervisors on June 22, 2021, passed a resolution to rename the 700 block of Frederick Street, "Polytechnic Way."

**Funds from our annual reunion luncheon are used to award three $1,000 scholarships annually to San Francisco high school students.

**San Francisco Chronicle in 2020 ran a story about our search for long-lost athletic trophies displayed at Polytechnic High School when it was operational.
