Take Creative Control

Take Creative Control is a non-profit organization dedicated to driving policy change that empowers creators of color. Our mission is to ensure that these creators can share, protect, and monetize their creative works, highlighting the crucial intersection of social justice and intellectual property law. We engage in scholarly examination, advocacy, and diverse initiatives to reshape intellectual property law and policy through a social justice lens, focusing on empowering historically and currently marginalized communities.
