    We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing FREE medical, dental, and mental health care to northern Utah’s underserved.

    About Us

    General Medical Clinics: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3-6 PM.

    Diabetes Clinic: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Wednesdays from 3-6 PM.

    Mental Health Medication Clinic: 4th Friday from 3-6PM.

    Dental Clinics: Varies, see calendar on our website. www.seagerclinic.org

    Ophthalmology/Eye Clinics: Roughly monthly.

    Medication Pick Up: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3-5 PM.

    Immunizations: Flu shots available any time we are open. Other immunizations via free vouchers to the Weber-Morgan Health Department, available at any of our general medical clinics or diabetes clinics above.
