    About Us

    Grants Pass Area Habitat for Humanity (Grants Pass Habitat) partners with individuals and families that have a need for adequate housing, are low income (below 80% of area median income), have the ability to pay a monthly mortgage, and are willing to partner with Grants Pass Habitat. Grants Pass Habitat provides construction expertise and volunteer labor in partnership with families to build homes. Grants Pass Habitat also serves as the lender, providing a home loan with payments based on family income. Since 1993, Grants Pass Habitat has constructed 23 homes in partnership with individuals and families. In addition, Grants Pass Habitat builds ramps for individuals in need of accessibility improvements.
