NoHLA’s mission is to improve access to health care for Washington State residents. We are regarded as a statewide expert in low-income health programs and consumer health advocacy. Through our reports and presentations, we raise public awareness about health care and insurance issues. We also provide training and assistance to hundreds of community advocates who help people navigate the health system. We represent people who are unable to access health care
