Grow Iowa Foundation

The Grow Iowa Foundation, Inc. (GIF) is a private, nonprofit organization that makes loans to businesses, cities, counties and private developers for the creation and/or expansion of businesses, affordable housing and other community development projects within a 21-county Investment Area of southwest Iowa. Headquartered in Greenfield, Iowa, GIF manages three business relending and two housing development loan funds. GIF is a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO).
