Our work disrupts inequity in well-being by creating access to trauma-informed movement and mindfulness programs within under-resourced Chicago communities & schools.
About Us
We are a group of ordinary people responding to 2020 chaos with extraordinary compassion. We believe that sharing our love of Yoga, Meditation & Self Care practices with people in disempowered communities can bring healing. We also think that giving people an opportunity to see & support this work (virtually & in person) can deepen the healing. We will start this in Chicago & hope that sharing it brings on similar compassionate movements.
