    Founded in 1985 and based in New York City, the National Alliance for Musical Theatre (NAMT) is the only not-for-profit organization with national reach dedicated to serving the musical theatre community. Our mission is to be a catalyst for nurturing musical theatre development, production, innovation and collaboration. Throughout 33 states and abroad, NAMT’s 240 members are some of the leading producers of musical theatre, including regional theatres, presenting organizations, individual producers and higher education programs.
