It is the premier journal covering underserved populations in North and Central America, the Caribbean, and sub-Saharan Africa. We also cover internally dispossessed Indigenous populations worldwide. JHCPU disseminates work on inequities in health to a worldwide audience more consistently and effectively than other publications.
