International Service Bolivia (www.isbolivia.org) is an international development organisation, based in the UK (www.internationalservice.org.uk). We provide skilled and experienced people to work with local partner organisations to support youth and people with disabilities in Bolivia. IS does not seek to impose solutions, but works on the basis ‘start with what people know, build with what people have’.
