JCI (Junior Chamber International) is a global non-profit organization for young people aged 18-40 focused on empowering them to make a positive impact in their communities and the world. It's a volunteer-led, non-governmental organization that encourages members to develop leadership skills, engage in community action, and participate in international cooperation. JCI has local chapters in numerous countries, fostering a network of young leaders committed to social and economic development. It has members in about 127 countries, and regional or national organizations in most of them.
