The Lancaster LGBTQ+ Coalition

Who We Are:

A start-up non-profit organization established in the spring of 2019 and located in Lancaster City; The Lancaster LGBTQ+ Coalition is dedicated to building supportive and enriching opportunities for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, Intersex and Asexual individuals, along with others who identify with the LGBTQ+ community. We believe in highlighting and advancing issues of intersectionality and equity. We believe in advocating specifically for the more vulnerable subsets of our population. The Lancaster LGBTQ+ Coalition was established to provide services and advocate for the rights of the LGBTQ+ people in Lancaster County, as individuals and as a community.

Mission:  The Lancaster LGBTQ+ Coalition advocates for the health, rights, and visibility of LGBTQ+ people across Lancaster County.

Vision:  A Lancaster County community where all LGBTQ+ people live courageous, full, and authentic lives.
