About Us
A Christian, non-profit, charitable organisation operating a treatment facility for alcoholics and drug abusers. Founded in 1973, Samhjalp's treatment programme is part of Iceland's National Health Service, originally based on a Swedish model, the world-famous Lewi Pethrus Foundation. Samhjalp is now part of Teen Challenge Europe.
