Utila Methodist Community School

Utila United Methodist Community School is located in the beautiful Bay Islands in the Caribbean Sea. We provide a bilingual, math and science based education in a school with about 150 students in a small island of about 10,000 residents. Utila (Isla de Utila) is the smallest of the Honduras' Bay Islands, after Roatán and Guanaja, in a region that marks the south end of the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System, the second-largest in the world. We are world class diving destination creating an international flair on the island. In addition to excellant diving, Utila is home to many endangered species making conservation a key component to our educational focus. We provide a bilingual, math and science based education in a school with about 150 students.
