Ascending Growth

Ascending Growth provides opportunities and second chances by empowering individuals facing life and employment barriers through workforce development, job training, life skills education, mentorship, peer support, and community connections. We equip individuals with the tools, confidence, resources, and opportunities needed to achieve stability, self-sufficiency, meaningful employment, and long-term success.

Ascending Growth is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to providing opportunities and second chances to adults facing barriers in life and employment. We serve individuals who may be navigating unemployment, housing instability, life transitions, past justice involvement, recovery, gaps in education or employment, or other circumstances that have made it difficult to move forward.

Our work focuses on the whole person. Through workforce development, job readiness and training, life skills education, mentorship, peer support, and connections to community resources, we help individuals identify their next steps and gain the tools, confidence, and support needed to work toward greater stability and self-sufficiency.

At Ascending Growth, we believe a person’s past or current circumstances should not determine their future. Our values are centered around opportunity, dignity, empowerment, growth, second chances, and community. We meet people where they are while helping them build toward where they want to be.

Our goal is not simply to connect individuals to resources but to help them create a path toward meaningful employment, personal growth, long-term stability, and a successful future.
