Boston, MA

  • About Us

New Lease for Homeless Families is a start-up non-profit organization that addresses family homelessness in Massachusetts by providing affordable apartments to homeless families. A group of affordable housing owners will provide vacant units to families coming out of motels, hotels and shelters. New Lease brings together these property owners to work collaboratively with social service providers, the families and state agencies to accomplish this mission. During New Lease's launch period, the Citizen's Housing and Planning Association (aka CHAPA) will be our fiscal agent while our non-profit status is established. New Lease does not yet have a website.
