    The CAWBC is a project of the Schlarb Foundation for Women Entrepreneurs and serves a seven county area including: Jefferson, Shelby, St. Clair, Blount, Walker, Talladega and Tuscaloosa Counties. Funded in part by a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
