PIVOT Works, Inc.

Pivot is an NGO that has been collaborating with the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) of Madagascar since 2014 to strengthen the public health system in order to deliver quality care to the population of Ifanadiana District. In partnership with the Malagasy government, we are building a model health system whose approach adapts and evolves according to its impact on the population. Our approach is based on the following actions at all levels of the health system (community, health center, and district hospital): improving clinical care, upgrading the health system’s capacity, and scientific innovation. This model aligns with the MoPH's Universal Health Coverage strategy and aims to produce fast, consistent and sustainable outcomes for the population in terms of health and access to care.
