Sierra Club Washington Chapter: Cascadia Climate Action

Cascadia Climate Action works in collaboration with Sierra Club Washington Chapter to raise public awareness and participation around climate change related issues.  Our team maintains a one stop calendar that aggregates all events happening around the Pacific Northwest relating to climate change. We also sponsor climate science talks, presentations and discussions at community events and venues to engage the public in thinking about climate change.  As part of Sierra Club's Beyond Coal and Oil Washington Campaign we work to stop fossil fuel transport and energy, as well as to support the work of and network with individuals and groups working to build public involvement on the climate crisis.
