Glocalize DC

Glocalize DC is an exciting new program that offers educational programs to inner city youth. Our pilot program this summer is about the environment, environmental crises and stewardship, and about how people in cultures all over the world interact with their natural environment. We have teamed up with Youth Organizations United to Rise (YOUR), an afterschool and summer program, and will reach 60 children. Our programming includes exciting field trips, stories, and hands on activities like gardening and exploring the neighborhood. We are a team of DC young professionals who love kids and are passionate about the planet we live on.
