We are a non-profit organization based in the metro New York area. We solve social problems in a sustainable way by incubating, advising, and advocating social enterprises, especially as B-corp. The gap between rich and poor has increased in almost every region of the world over the last four decades. Rising income inequality and the polarization of sectors in societies are key underlying trends likely to shape the world over the next decade. We support a global movement that believes that a company can be a force of positive social change. Companies create jobs, supporting a person, a family, a community, and a country. A public benefit corporation balances purpose and profit. People want to work for, buy from, and invest in businesses they believe in.

Project Phoenix by Aster Impact facilitates medical service providers, companies, governments, and international organizations to source medical related supplies efficiently. We provide fair market priced personal protective equipment and medical supplies to help organizations create a safe environment and protect their employees, customers, or patients.
