About Us
Established in 2002, the Scripps College Academy (SCA) is a nationally recognized college-readiness program for young women in the greater Los Angeles area. Services target high- achieving young women with limited resources who seek to become the first generation in their families to attend college. Through mentorship from Scripps College faculty and staff, participants develop the confidence and skills to be well-prepared college applicants, successful college students, and professionals who create positive, lasting change.
