Designed to promote physical activity and heart-healthy living, the Heart Walk creates an environment that's fun and rewarding for the entire family.

    We are looking for folks in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City area to help with our Johnson County Heart Walk on Saturday May 4, 2019.
