  • About Us

Playmakers is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing an opportunity for differently-abled children and adults to experience the joy of programs that others may take for granted. As an example one of the main barriers for baseball players arise from the natural grass fields used in conventional leagues, Playmakers will play on a custom-designed, rubberized turf field that accommodates wheelchairs and other assistive devices while helping to prevent injuries.

Our Mission: We are a volunteer led organization that encourages input from our families to guide us in the programs we offer. Through community outreach we will fund and build an adaptive park where these programs will be take place.

Our Vision: We will offer sports and enrichment programs for kids and adults with special needs in an adaptive facility/park built specifically for their community.
